This video from YouTuber Chris Fleming hits the nail on the head when it comes to prepping your home for a last minute showing. 

Fleming's parody takes tidying up to the extreme ("Get rid of the couches! We can't let people know we SIT!), but here's a quick guide to help you prep for those last minute showings:

30 minutes or less to prepare for a showing?

Don’t panic, use this short list!

1. Put dirty dishes inside the dishwasher or quickly wash them.
2. Make the beds.
3. Wipe down the kitchen counters.
4. Empty the garbage.
5. Put the couches in the garage..(just kidding)
6. Hide dirty clothes in the washing machine.
7. Take a deep breath!
8. Open the drapes and blinds.
9. Quickly run the vacuum.
10. Turn on all the lights.
11. Leave the house.
